Delivery Policy
Introduction
Popout Online Store is committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. To handle deliveries, we partner with Pargo, a trusted third-party logistics company. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our delivery process.
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Deliveries can be made to Pargo pick-up points or directly to your specified address, depending on your selection at checkout.
- Standard delivery times are from 09:00 to 16:00 on business days.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
- Free delivery may apply for orders exceeding R2000, as per promotional terms.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your shipment directly on Pargo’s website or app.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package:
- Pargo will notify you with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Popout Online Store and Pargo take great care in handling your orders. However:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item or the expected delivery date.
- We will work with Pargo to resolve the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
